The show opened May 28 at Westmoreland County Community College in Youngwood. The juried fine art and photography competition — part of Westmoreland Arts and Heritage Festival — is on display at the college until June 8.The largest event of its kind in Westmoreland County, the festival has been an annual tradition since 1975. Held the first weekend in July, the festival features ethnic food booths and nearly 200 arts and crafts booths with wares from around the country and plenty for the kids to do.
