The most prevalent scam I’ve seen in Las Vegas is individuals walking the strip handing out free rap CDs. Often it’s a couple of guys stacked with stacks of homemade CDs to give out. When they hand you one, they’ll quickly ask for a donation. If you donate, they’ll keep hounding you for more money.
