Once you give them a card, it is apparently fair game to charge you any amount they feel like. Once you get to that point it is LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone on the phone. The questionnaire was pretty short. It wasn't as in-depth as some self-assessment tests I'd take online previously. I think it was about 10 questions. During the next appointment, the nurse practitioner confirmed that based on the assessment I do meet a lot of the criteria for ADHD and asked me if I wanted to take medication. Jan 9, 2024 · Pros.
