I think they just mean the classes required for a CS minor aren't hard to get into, unlike other CS classes which are almost impossible to get a seat in if you're not a CS major. You should be fine. CS minor is only 6 classes. Spread across 8 semesters, it is doable. Just requires a bit of planning!
