Smile Direct is a scam. The 4 month plan you wear aligners all the time. The 10 month plan you wear them while you sleep. I paid over $3,000 for the 10 month plan. I also paid extra for a retainer. I did everything as instructed. I wore the aligners at night and while I slept. I changed aligners each week.
