This got me thinking about the SMA borrowing the PAO account. A while back a soldier posted about getting horribly jerked around after his post quarters burned down and his dog died in the fire. The PAO chimed in quickly and directly asking for his name, and that he would see to it the SMA would inform the Corps SGM, senior on post, was made aware.
