Pascal manales. We didn't sit down for a meal at Pascal's Manale but went three straight evenings and stood at the oyster bar and had drinks and oysters on the half shell. The drinks were excellent, the bartender makes a fantastic sazerac. The oysters were some of the best we have ever eaten and for $13 a dozen there isn't a better deal in town.
