Looks like your stats are fine as is to me, I guess if you're doing a cold nagakiba I'd swap those 3 extra points from dex (min req for nagakiba is 22) and give them to int since dex scaling will be less anyway. And for moonveil of course you want int. Str is min for nagakiba and fai/arc are base I assume, after that you're fine.
