Does anyone know how much a `87 Black Max XR2 150 hp outboard weighs ?? A friend got two seized cylinders due to a fouling carb. He wants to replace it with a newer outboard. He has been thinking about a `01 Mercury Optimax 225 hp outboard. But he is abit anxious about the weight-difference on those two outboards.

Any other wires that are on those terminals go to either an idle stabilizer or an "advance" module.
