I have a 1964 Marlin Model 55 Hunter Edition 12 gauge with the vented barrel and the micro-choke. It measures 25 1/2 inches to the end of the choke and has spots where it looks like it could be drilled and tapped for a sling but never has been done, the stock appears to be walnut and the gun is in good condition over all.
