Oct 31, 2019 · Just an update. Cleared display cache, but no change. Still getting intermittent flickering. Usable but annoying. Since same setup worked fine with SP6, have to think it's something with the Surface Laptop 3 or dock. Hopefully subsequent updates to one or the other will address. By the way, I have the AMD graphics processor (latest update).
