After finding this out a few weeks ago, I called the tollway hoping to have some leniency on the fees. They basically said they couldn't help me and to apply for IPass Assist which I don't qualify for anymore. Then, presumably since I brought attention to my account by calling them, I get 6 letters in the mail with Notices of Violations ...
