How to use twilight menu. Twilight Menu doesnt use emulation that I'm aware of. It plays them natively in the 3ds's NDS mode via bootstrap. Not sure what the most powerful system is it can emulate but the new 3ds to this day does a pretty poor job of N64, while PS1 is getting better. That to me would suggest N64 on old 3ds is terrible and PS1 isn't much better.
