At 4 weeks with my singleton, my HCG was 78. 24 hours later it was around 150. At 4 weeks, with twins my HCG was 138. 24 hours later it was around 300 - can't remember exact numbers. I know parents who had HCG numbers in the 400-500 at the same time, and were pregnant with a singleton.
