Not my first impressions of the pack, more like a 24 hour observation, and my opinions.

The Tactec was made for crossfit, not being used as a plate carrier so it’s not a great option, especially for $200 where you could get a Mayflower LEPC for $170 or a JPC 1.0 for like $210. 5.11 plate carriers are no good. They have no adjustable shoulder straps. The cummerbund easily breaks and is not adjustable.
