It faces a spectacular view of Manhattan and gets loads of sunlight. We live on the 4th floor of a converted warehouse with some of the most stunning views of Manhattan. The loft is 1178sq. ft. (base area of 38'x31') and each room is 117 sq. ft. (9'x13'). Each room has exposed brick and a tall window with views of the Manhattan skyline.
