331 - The Gibney Cottages have always appealed to me, can't beat that location! but I've always rented larger places. I've rented houses all over the Caribbean and US and the rental agencies on St John (I've used several, but not DST) are among the best. Do read the fine print as the cancellation policy differs agency to agency.
The Gibney Beach cottages are located steps away from a perfect beach. My wife and I stayed at the front cottage for a week at the end of February. The beach was rarely crowed and we thought it was one of the best beaches in St John.
