It could be that simple. While your in there (and have verified the bulbs are good),unplug the headlight adapters and plug the stock wiring back in and see if it works. If it does, it's on the plow side (wiring,module,etc).If it still does not work it's on the truck side.

PIA. ok, so Checked all of the cables for power, it seems that the 11 pin wire is getting power and ground in 2 of the holes that don't match up to the 3 pin. The 3 pins are in the middle, and the 2 holes are closer to the end on the 11 plug., Worst case, the plow won't operate the way it should and you have to re configure once you get it up and running.
