Dilated 3 cm at 37 weeks

Had a sweep a couple hours ago, dr said I might go into labor within 48 hours or might not. But super nervous! Happy I'm dilating but definitely nervous about what could happen within the next couple of hours. Also wondering if 50% effaced good????
