The Killswitch has three protrusions on the bottom that are for the front shield to attach to and those keep the Deck from sliding out of the dock. It sits at about a 45 degree angle in the dock instead of the 60-70 or so it normally does, but it is secure.Imo Dbrand is a good company and the killswitch is totally awesome! I use the magnetic kickstand with no problems and I love it, they are making the new model tho without magnets so if you want the magnetic one buy it from someone quick, soon theyll be rare im pretty sure. Regardless of how people feel about dbrand, the Killswitch is a great idea. Having a good case and offering a cover for it is nice. That said, dbrand dropped the ball for many people in how they presented the whole deal.
