So I upgraded to Hekate 5.6.3 and NS-USbloder 5.2, and I'm using the set of sigpatches you posted, but I still can't install the Metroid NSP or XCI, or any converted NSPs., Atmosphere, the custom firmware you have installed, has been created by people that don't really want people to use it to pirate videogames. They didn't want to provide support for piracy. So some clever guys made "patches" that can be easily intalled in atmosphere to allow you to play pirated games on atmosphere.
