Amtrak server issues

As of Sunday afternoon, trains have started moving again but will experience residual delays due to the server/signal issues. One train affected is the westbound Amtrak 51 Cardinal, New York to Chicago, which serves multiple communities in West Virginia. Due to the issues, it was unable to depart New York for several hours.
