Yep those are the settings I'm talking about. The option to activate is there but I haven't clicked it as the other one is already primary on my account. To my understanding only one ps4 and vita can be linked together. You can't have 2 ps4's setup to remote play, I believe that's why there is the option to change the ps4 console on the vita.
