I have tried: 1) F5 2) P + Scroll 3) Left Alt + Scroll 4) dm with cheats enabled (creative menu availability confirmed) Are we really railroaded into 1st person POV without options here, or am I missing something? If so, this seems like a rather large oversight with regards to player empathy...
